SSC MTS Cut Off : The Staff Selection Commission announced the SSC MTS Tier 1 Result 2022 along with the SSC MTS Cut Off on 7th October 2022 on the official website. The cut off marks are released stage-wise and category-wise in a pdf format. Candidates need to qualify for the SSC MTS Tier 1 Cut off marks to be eligible for the next stage.

SSC MTS Cut-Off 2019-20: SSC Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination (Paper-I) 2019 was conducted from 2nd August 2019 to 22nd August 2019 (For 13 Days) across the country. Here is the Cut-Off for SSC MTS 2019 Paper-II (Descriptive) exam.

Process to Check SSC MTS Cut Off
- Step 1:
- Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission.
- Step 2:
- On the homepage, click on the “Latest News” tab.
- Step 3:
- Click on the SSC MTS Cut Off 2022 tab to open the PDF.
- Step 4:
- The PDF of cut-off marks will open on the screen.
- Step 5:
- You can now check your Cut Off for your respective categories.
- Step 6:
- Download the SSC MTS Cut Off 2022 and save it for further reference.
Factors Affecting SSC MTS Cut Off
The SSC MTS cut off is calculated by taking into consideration the following criteria:
- Average marks scored by the candidates who have appeared for the SSC MTS exam
- Total number of vacancies as per the category of the candidates
- The difficulty level of paper
- Previous year cutoff trend
- Normalization of marks for the papers that were held in multiple shifts
How to Calculate SSC MTS Marks?
The candidates can calculate their secured marks only after the SSC MTS answer key is released by the board. Check below to get the steps to calculate marks.
- In the Paper-I Computer Based Test, there will be four sections including 25 questions each.
- The total marks for Paper-I will be 100 marks where each question carries +1 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
- To calculate the marks secured, count the number of answers marked correctly and the number of answers marked incorrectly.
- Multiply 0.25 with the number of incorrect answers marked and then subtract both the numbers.
- Total marks secured = Number of correct answers – 0.25 X number of incorrect answers.
